Sarah Rahme is a pre-licensed counselor attending Rutgers University's Masters of Social Work program. Her approach is grounded in a trauma-informed perspective and uses evidence-based practices to find the best assessment and intervention to navigate a wide range of challenges related to mental health. Sarah focuses on using CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as part of a strengths-based stance to counseling. She is committed to promoting wellness and fostering change in her clients' lives.
