Bio


Jack Schnall is an intern at Hudson River Care and Counseling, working in the Teaneck office and virtually. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Social Work at New York University. 

He offers a compassionate approach that prioritizes forming a therapeutic relationship built on trust and open communication. His goal is to support each client on their unique healing journey, providing thoughtful resources to unlock their limitless potential.

His dynamic, evidenced-based perspective utilizes interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed psychodynamic techniques, creative expression, and somatic mindfulness practices. 

Jack treats various mental health concerns, including psychosomatic disorders, anxiety/depression, OCD, and navigating challenging life transitions. He is committed to inspiring change in his clients’ lives and helping them work toward their goals.
