Bio


Gilat Baruchi is a cognitive-behavioral and EMDR therapist in Israel with over two decades of experience working with children, adolescents, and women in clinical, hospital, and community settings. She previously served as lead social worker in the pediatric oncology and hematology unit at Bnei Zion Medical Center and has also maintained a private practice integrating CBT, DBT, EMDR, and somatic approaches. Gilat holds an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College (CUNY) and a BA in Social Work from Haifa University. She is currently enrolled in the Advanced Standing Clinical Social Work program at Rutgers University, furthering her expertise and working toward licensure in the U.S.
