Rebecca Ennis-Paez, LSW

Rebecca is a Clinical Social Worker at HRCC and an alumna of Fordham University, where her studies focused on Veterans, dissociative disorders, children, women's issues, relationships, and LGBTQ+ issues. Rebecca has experience providing trauma therapy to both adults and children. Additionally, Rebecca has experience working with individuals with chronic illness.    Her personal experiences with chronic illness, as a mother of two sons and the spouse of an Army veteran, have profoundly influenced her professional practice.

Before her current role, Rebecca served as a caregiver/aide during her early college years, providing care to individuals with cognitive and physical impairments, including, but not limited to, Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome. Additionally, Rebecca maintained a 14-year career as a hair and makeup artist, a background that has shaped her holistic approach to health, beauty, and therapy.

​Rebecca utilizes a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Strength-based approach, Goal-Setting, Narrative, CBT, Trauma Therapy, Play Therapy, and Family Systems Theory.

Rebecca offers both in-person and virtual sessions. The practice accepts most major insurance plans.
