Lauren Grygotis, LSW

Lauren Grygotis, LSW, is a licensed social worker working virtually and in the Hoboken office. Lauren received her Master's degree in Social Work at New York University. She believes that every client has a unique story and is committed to meeting them where they are in their treatment. Her goal is to offer empathy, warmth, and compassion to her clients to support them as they navigate the therapeutic process. Lauren specializes in working with clients with anxiety, women's health and wellness, couple's therapy, and individuals navigating challenging life transitions.

Lauren is passionate about supporting individuals and couples as they work through personal and relational concerns, strengthen their relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
