Bio

Gianna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for empowering women, fostering meaningful connections, and creating spaces where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

With a background in clinical social work, individual therapy, and group facilitation, Gianna brings a compassionate, relatable, and strengths based approach to her work. She believes that while every woman's journey is unique, there is something incredibly powerful about coming together, sharing experiences, and discovering that we are not alone in life's challenges.

Gianna currently specializes in facilitating women's support groups designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment free environment where women can connect, reflect, grow, and support one another. Her groups explore meaningful topics including self esteem, anxiety, relationships, boundaries, communication, personal identity, emotional wellness, and navigating life's many transitions.

Through guided discussions, interactive activities, self reflection, and genuine conversation, Gianna encourages women to explore their strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, build confidence, and develop deeper connections with themselves and others.

One of the most rewarding aspects of Gianna's work has been witnessing the growth of her women's support groups. What begins as a gathering of women from different backgrounds and life experiences, often develops into a meaningful community built on trust, vulnerability, encouragement, and mutual understanding. Seeing women find their voices, celebrate one another's progress, and form authentic connections is at the heart of why she loves this work.

Gianna's facilitation style is warm, engaging, empathetic, and collaborative. She recognizes that healing and personal growth look different for everyone, and she strives to meet each woman exactly where she is, without pressure, comparison, or judgment.
