Elizabeth Tuchez,  

Elizabeth serves as the Clinical Operations Manager at Hudson River Care & Counseling, where she oversees daily administrative and clinical operations to ensure clients and clinicians receive seamless, high-quality support. In her role, Liz manages intake coordination, clinician scheduling, insurance verification, billing workflows, and internal systems that keep the practice running efficiently and ethically.

Liz works closely with leadership, clinicians, interns, and community partners to maintain clear communication, strong operational standards, and a client-centered experience from the first point of contact through ongoing care. She is known for her attention to detail, process improvement mindset, and commitment to building systems that support both clinical excellence and organizational growth.

In addition to her operational leadership, Liz is pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and brings a strong understanding of clinical care, ethics, and therapeutic environments into her administrative work. Her passion lies in creating accessible, organized, and compassionate systems that allow clinicians to focus on what matters most which is supporting client healing and well-being.
