I am a relational and systems-oriented therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. My work focuses on helping people understand the patterns that shape how they relate to others and to themselves. I believe the relationship we develop with ourselves is foundational, and that many experiences such as anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm,
and disconnection are rooted in adaptations that once served an important purpose.
I work with thoughtful, capable individuals who are ready to better understand themselves andcreate meaningful change. Together, we explore the emotional, relational, and contextual factors influencing your present experience, and work toward greater clarity, stability, and self-
trust.
I specialize in couples and family work, supporting clients in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and navigating relational challenges with greater understanding. I also work with individuals seeking to address anxiety, perfectionism, identity questions, and life
transitions, or who want to develop a more grounded and supportive relationship with themselves.
My approach integrates Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I offer a steady, respectful space where meaningful insight and lasting change can occur.
