About Pathway Program
Our Pathway Program is open to new LACs and LSW/LMSWs who are licensed in either New York or New Jersey. Our Program is a pathway between your limited licensure to your independent licensure. The program is either a three-year part-time (15 clients per week) or full-time commitment (30 clients per week) in a hybrid context. During your time in the Residency Program, you will receive extensive supervision in both individual and group modalities, while having the opportunity to build your own niche and brand. You will also receive free CEUs, while having the opportunity to earn an income as a 1099 contractor.
