Yudy Cid, LMSW

Yudy Cid, LMSW, is a certified life coach and clinical social worker at Hudson River Care and Counseling. She works virtually and at the office in Teaneck, New Jersey.

Yudy brings a robust level of experience to HRCC. As a certified professional life coach, author, master trainer, and speaker, Yudy also works as a media contributor and founder of “Vida en Alto.” For over a decade, she has developed and taught several projects to support health families and relationships with government agencies, hospitals, and community organizations. 

In response to the demands for culturally relevant Latinx mental health support, Yudy launched Vida en Alto to inspire and educate people to transform their lives. She has entertained and educated more than two million listeners and viewers through radio shows and TV appearances weekly. Her message embodies a healthy lifestyle and helps audiences achieve personal growth, family harmony, and overall well-being.

Ms. Cid is bilingual in Spanish and in English.
